Very knowledgeable and professional people. They aren't just trying to pawn products off to you. They let the customer decide with the amazing advice that they give. Every fish tank is crystal clear and the overall establishment is especially clean.

These guys are the most professional aquarium service company we’ve worked with on Long Island. We had a custom aquarium installed by another company and it just never looked great. We tried another aquarium company with good reviews, but we still had a lot of the same issues. We called Fluid Dynamics as a last attempt to get things right and they’ve been great! Everything in our reef aquarium is thriving and growing finally! Highly recommend these guys for any of your aquarium needs. They never pushed anything on us, their billing is fair, and they’ve been patient with all of our questions and concerns. We were almost ready to get rid of our tank, but this company saved us a huge headache!

Have been coming in bi weekly if not weekly as of lately but first time in on a weekend. Happy to say the staff knows their stuff unlike most LFS out here. Very knowledgeable and helpful and their fish are all very healthy. Will be back in to check out more plecos soon! 😀

Extremely knowledgeable and nice people. Excellent stock of fish and supplies. I’ve had a fish tank for almost 50 years and I’m looking to replace my tank. Brian couldn’t have been more helpful. He even took a working filter apart to demonstrate it’s features to me. They also offer custom tanks like on the tv shows. I highly recommend checking them out for aquarium needs.

I am a beginner and walked in with a rough idea of what I wanted and a million stupid questions. Jared was patient and accommodating. I went in for sand and some plants and ended up with what felt like a free consultation from an expert in the field.

The plants were all submerged and healthy (unlike many other stores) and all the tanks were clean and organized.

I will be a regular customer for sure.

The best customer service! I went in here looking for live plants and they walked me through 5 different tanks stocked up with options. I was also looking to add spider wood and a mystery snail - being a beginner their knowledge really helped create my finished product! They have great inventory and the fish are clean and healthy. Considering how friendly and welcoming the crew was, this will be my go to shop!
